Hong Kong-based is partnering with SPARX Asia Investment Advisors, the Hong Kong asset management arm of Japan’s SPARX Group Co.

SAIA and Chartwell Capital will focus on expanding their client bases and investment prospects.

“This is an exciting time for both markets, and we believe this partnership will unlock substantial opportunities for investors,” Yusuke Fukumoto, president of SAIA, said.

SPARX Asia Investment Advisors has $13.3 billion across various asset classes through its subsidiaries, with offices in Tokyo, Seoul and Hong Kong.

Chartwell Capital serves institutional clients such as endowment and pension funds, charitable foundations, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
